  1. Refund requests must be made within 14 days from the delivery date. If more than 14 days have passed, please contact us to determine the appropriate course of action.Defective units are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in like-new condition, and returned in its original packaging with all original accessories, literature, and components. reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature, or original components are missing.
  2. Prior to returning the product, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. To request an RA number, please email or call us and provide the following information:

  1. Please clearly mark the outside of the package with the RA number. Inside the return package, include a copy of the original invoice for easy identification. Products received without an RA number and the required documentation may not be accepted or processed for return.
